Please note:
Agreed appointments, in writing or orally, are binding. The working time for your treatment result is carefully planned. So that there are no waiting times for our customers, we ask you to be punctual. In the event of a delay, the treatment is only available for the agreed duration of treatment. Appointments can be canceled or postponed free of charge up to 2 days / 48 hours in advance. Since appointments canceled at short notice can rarely be filled, we will charge a cancellation compensation of 35% of the treatment price for cancellations or postponements from 24 hours before the agreed appointment. In the event of a no-show, we charge 100% of the treatment price. Vouchers for the appointment are then considered redeemed.
