What is microshading?
Micoshading is a manual, semi-permanent pigmentation technique that is used for the eyebrows, eyeliner and lips. With the microneedles – so-called blades – after a precise preliminary drawing of the desired eyebrow, eyeliner or lip shape, color pigments are brought into the skin with the help of this technique. The microshading technique also enables the shape of the eyebrows or lips to be corrected.

In contrast to conventional permanent make-up, with microshading, pigments are not inserted into the skin with a tattoo needle, but with a pen-like, manual handpiece.

The result of microshading is not only absolutely natural, but also always very individual.

How long does a microshading treatment last?
The treatment takes about 1-2 hours and includes a detailed consultation, as well as the measurement and drawing of the eyebrows, eyeliner or lips.
Do I need a touch up?
Yes in some cases the follow-up treatment is recommended, but not always neccessary. The touch up is included in the price.
How long does the result last?
Due to UV rays, metabolism, temperature effects (solarium, sauna), the condition of the skin (greasy or dry), as well as lifestyle, the result and its durability can be influenced. Usually the result lasts 1.5 to 2 years for eyebrows and 2-5 years for eyeliner and lips. However, this does not mean that it is completely gone after this time, but that the color will fade over time.
How long will the redness or swelling remain after the microshading treatment?
EYEBROWS: Swelling is very rare and usually disappears after an hour. Slight reddening can be seen up to a maximum of 2 hours after the treatment.

EYELINER AND LIPS: Swelling is very common. On the following day they are a little stronger, but then disappear from the 3rd day on.

What should I consider before the microshading treatment?
Two days before the treatment, you can have the superficial, dry and dead skin layers removed with a peeling. In this way, your skin in the area of the eyebrows is smoothed and refreshed and thus optimally prepared for the microshading treatment.

Please do not apply any more oily products to the face the day before the treatment. Please do not drink coffee 4-5 hours before the treatment, as the caffeine strengthens the blood circulation.

An allergy test is absolutely necessary 24-48 hours in advance in order to rule out a possible reaction. It’s a question of safety and your health.
